Authorized use
Glasses is proprietary software. You may use Glasses only as authorized by its owner and only for lawful, personal study, internal training, or other approved use.
Ownership and redistribution
Glasses, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, remains the property of its owner. You may not copy, share, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, transfer, or redistribute Glasses or any part of it without prior written permission.
Course and content responsibility
Glasses is designed to help users create private study materials from content they are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Glasses complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies from your school, employer, institution, course provider, platform, or content owner.
That responsibility includes rules about recording, copying, storing, processing, distributing, and using instructional materials or other third-party content. Do not use Glasses to capture or share content in a way that violates another party's rights or policies.
Exam policy reminder
You are responsible for following the rules of your exam provider, testing center, certification program, school, employer, or other governing organization. Glasses does not provide exam content, answer material, answer keys, exam dumps, unauthorized test-prep material, or third-party course material.
Personal study outputs
Study guides, notes, keywords, indexes, screenshots, and other outputs created with Glasses are intended for your own authorized review. You are responsible for deciding whether you may keep, export, reuse, or share those outputs under the rules that apply to the source material.
Accounts and access
Glasses requires a Glasses account, an active entitlement, or another approved access method. Access may be suspended or terminated if Glasses is used in an unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized way.
No warranty
Glasses is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of Glasses is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages related to your use of the app, including issues arising from content you capture, process, store, share, or use with Glasses.
